Welcome to Youth Alive!

Alison Saxelby, Founder & Director
Alison Saxelby is a former high school teacher. During her career she also taught ESL (English as a Second Language) to adult immigrants and GED (General Education Diploma) to high school dropouts.
In 2014, God led her to stop teaching and start Youth Alive, an after-school outreach to teens in Lowell, MA.

Alison initially operated this program under the auspices of St. Anne's Episcopal Church.

Alison's life changed completely at age 20 when she discovered that she could have a personal relationship with God and that He cared about every detail of her life! God's love has brought Alison great joy and strength, and she is excited to share her faith with youth.

She loves teaching the Bible, mentoring, praying for kids, and encouraging them to fulfill their God-given destinies. Her vision is to train up an army of youth to change their culture - in business, science, education, government, family, and more!
Alison lives with her husband in Lowell, MA. They have 2 grown daughters and four adorable grandchildren.
